How to Request a Refund

Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@nobagym.com if:

The item is defective.

The item was damaged during shipping.

You received the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following:

Items that have been used, touched, or altered in any way.

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).

Custom or personalized products.

Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items or gift cards.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Important Notes:

Refunds will only be issued if the product has not been touched, used, or altered in any way.

The product must remain in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Refunds will not be issued for returns made without a valid reason (e.g., "change of mind" or other non-product-related issues).
